Returns and Exchange

At Tassel & Sass, we want you to love your purchases. However, we have a few guidelines for returns and exchanges that we'd like you to be aware of:

1. Returns on Bespoke Items

We put our heart and soul into creating bespoke items just for you. As a result, we regret that we cannot accept returns on bespoke pieces, including custom jackets and any other specially crafted wonders. 

2. Refunds and Requests

If, for any reason, your non-bespoke item(s) isn't giving you that "wow" feeling, don't fret! You have a cool 14 days from the moment you get your order to reach out and request a refund.

3. Shipping Costs

Now, here's the scoop: please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns at this time.

4. Condition of Returned Items

For items eligible for return or exchange, please ensure they are in saleable condition, we're talking about having those original Tassel & Sass tags attached, and they should be snuggled up in their original packaging. Items that have lost their tags won't be eligible for a refund or exchange.


5. Lost Items

If your order decides to play hide-and-seek and goes missing, don't worry, we'll put on our detective hats. We'll start an investigation with the courier. But, keep in mind that we can't cover cases of incorrect addresses. So, make sure your address is spot-on during checkout!

6. Incorrect Address Input

Please double-check and triple-check your shipping details during the purchase. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
